Hideauts
Hideauts Stay is a hospitality project that translates “The Essence of Local” into a nature-oriented brand identity, clearly distinguishing itself from Urbanauts while maintaining the shared visual system.
Urbanauts Hospitality GmbH expanded its portfolio with two interconnected brand worlds: Urbanauts Studios and Hideauts Stay. For both brands, Brand Unit developed the complete branding along with a coherent strategy for the digital presence—a process that, given their differing orientations and planned scalability, required a modular and consistent communication system. The claim “The Essence of Local” serves as the conceptual foundation for both brands.
While Urbanauts Studios focuses on urban stays and enables guests to experience cities authentically through local networks, Hideauts Stay concentrates on rural hospitality experiences. This structural distinction is reflected in the visual execution: Urbanauts Studios received an identity defined by flexible wordmark configurations, location-specific color palettes, and an imagery concept emphasizing urban diversity and internationality. Hideauts Stay, by contrast, was given a nature-oriented visual identity, differentiated form systems, and a distinct color palette to articulate its rural orientation.
